Quantitative network – Kvantitativt netværk

Quantitative network is a network of scholars who are interested in applying quantitative methods to the study of politics. The network is run out of the Center for Voting and Parties. The goal of quantitative network is to help each other produce better, more convincing results.

The members are primarily from the Department of Political Science at University of Copenhagen, but it also includes scholars from the Department of Economics as well as scholars from the Department of Political Science at the University of Southern Denmark.

Quantitative network meets roughly eight times per semester. Most often on Fridays at 12.30 in room 4.2.50 at CSS.

At the meetings we usually discuss an idea or a set of results, which one of the members would like to get advice on. We discus everything from research designs to visualizations of results.

If you would like to participate, or if you would like to present something at a network meeting, please write Martin Vinæs Larsen (mvl@ifs.ku.dk).
